We visited this evening. There was a great variety of dogs available. I really liked the Pomeranian. Meriel helped us and she was super kind and helpful. We will be back.

i had a girl name meriel help me out a few days ago she was so sweet and kind and excellent on telling me information on the puppies. she gave me one of the cutest dogs in the store and I just fell in love with her she was so playful and sweet. I had great service from there she seems like a hard worker. Keep up the good work I will definitely come back.

I honestly had no intentions of buying any pets but rather scoping out all the cool animals. What I didn't realize was that one of all the amazing employees, named Kaylie, helped me out individually to admire this whole store. Her genuine time she spent helped to make me seriously consider a brand new dog of my own this winter. Thank you Petland!

I am very pleased with this location, the variety of toys & treats they to pick from. surprisingly when i walk in to this location it actually smelt very good. I will be back consistently. Thank you Petland.

This is my go to spot for everything I need for my dog! The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and they always have cool and unique products! My pet shopping experience has always been wonderful! Looking to purchase my second pet soon from this location! They really care about their pets and customers!

This place is so wonderful! It was my first time in the store and it was such a memorable experience! Alexsys helped me from start to finish the whole way through! She was very kind and understanding of my indecisiveness 😂! She helped me so much and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me pick out my first dog! I recently came in to Petland and I was inquiring about different traits in a puppy that I would like. I had no idea what breed of puppy I would want. Just something of a decent size. An employee, Giovanna came up to me and asked was I looking for anything specific and from there, she showed me every puppy that you guys had available that matches the things I was looking for in a puppy. This was by far the best encounter I’ve had with any Petland employee and I am thoroughly impressed!

Phenomenal, experience. The staff worked great with us, especially since had somewhat of a idea of what type of puppy we were looking for today and the fact we drove across KC to visit the store. Additionally, the owner was willing to work with our (realistic )budget because of how far we traveled. Great work staff.
